Axiall Corporation created this chemical safety program to encourage responsible handling of Axiall calcium hypochlorite (cal-hypo) products. The program provides a series of tools and guidelines to inform and educate those who store or handle cal-hypo products in an effort to keep them safe from harm. We strive to prevent incidents by minimizing the risk of fire, accident, explosion or product deterioration due to improper storage or handling of cal-hypo.
